About me

I come from a place of authenticity and love. I want to create space for every mind, body, and soul to meet their true selves in silence, and in community. I honor the light and the dark inherent in all things as the integration of the two is how we heal.

 

I found my way to this version of me because of the healers and lightworkers who challenged and supported me along the way. Those souls showed me how to move my body, use my voice, and expand my consciousness all in the name of living this life in the most joyful, authentic way possible.

My offerings are intuitive practices that I have put together based on many teachers and lineages. I see these practices as sacred learning containers in which we all have a chance to meet our higher selves.
